Yes, with the silver float in London down to ~170,000 ounces, and the short in PSLV being their new primary source of physical to counter the loss of the LMBA, both of these factors combined will eventually trump bullion bank shorting at some point.
It’s just of a matter of time if they don’t cover their shorts before a squeeze begins.
The only thing that could possibly derail this set-up is a deflationary monster collapse in the broad stock market(s). (and this would only be temporary)
The vast majority of the gains will be seen in the last 5% of the time (little by little – and then all at ounce – so hold on to your positions).
I would place the odds of a squeeze now at 50 – 50, which is the best odds we have ever seen (the odds will only get better over time).
I am counting government intervention here as well.
