Loading ...Have you recently received a notice from your broker telling you they can/will lend out your shares if you do not notify them that you will not allow it?? I/we have two brokers and both have recently sent out a similar notice which was, I believe, discussed here on this forum. So investors have been notified, but does that make it legal? Probably!
