Some have wavers depending on income but pay attention to choices say if you get a stroke Cancer and medicine coverage. The average Meds shouldn’t cost too much out of pocket. But if you get in trouble and need the more serious medications or clinical trials you will be paying most out of pocket with hopefully a cap but that cap could be high. Best to research ahead of time.
