Loading ...Colorado a few electoral trying to change their vote away from Hillary and can be confusing for some who do not understand what they’re up to and it’s not helping or voting for Trump. The Judge in not helping Hillary, that’s who they are bound to is Hillary. They’re not trying to vote for Trump or her ordering them to change their vote to Hillary.. That IS who their bound to is Hillary. The electorally are already in.
What’s happening is as usual a few democrats are trying to go rogue from electoral rules quoting Hamiltons quote saying their decision shouldn’t be based on popular vote alone. In some cases it isn’t to be fair to other states but this is a “conspiracy” that undermines the confidence of the electoral college. Typical democrats underhanded tactics. They want to team with some of the repubs in hope to get them to vote for a compromised candidate meaning Romney or Kasich “when they say they plan on voting for a compromised candidate”. A conspiracy in hopes other Repubs hopefully smarter than that to do the same if they were partial to either or to pull electoral votes away from Trump. The Judge in Denver made it clear if they did they could face jail and a fine as well as being immediately removed. IMO with their conspiracy attempt they should be anyways.
