Even so my daughters neighbors home the roof caved in a part of the house from the rain. The original builders left a part of the roof thats supposed to drain blocked with tiles. My daughter house and others there having same issues but their younger so could get up there and fix it. Best so call builders except for the roofing. So even rain can collapse a roof
