Loading ...Feeling your pain this morning Macroman. Left my laptop out on the porch yesterday for a pop up rain storm to give it a good dunking. Water still dripping out of it this morning. Taking that as not a good sign. Any of you computer geeks have a suggstion how to ‘fix’ it? Or anyone know what the best rugged laptop might be would appreciate your suggestion if I have to go shopping.
When it rains it pours. Have an A/C guy coming out today to give a qoute on replacing all 3 A/C systems at the house which just turned 18 yrs old. Have been patching em them up for 3 years, guess it is time to bite the bullet. Those profits in the trading account just went bye bye. Same for that emergency cash under the mattress. Oh well, nothing a double in gold and silver cant cure.
Hearing some stories about our British cousins attempting to fight off those terrorists. Good to know some folks are willing to stand up in the face of mortal danger. I heard it took police about 8 minutes to respond, which is pretty good. Too bad there was not one armed citizen with a gun to face down the knife weilding terrorists. Even 8 minutes can seem like an eternity in a situation like that.
