I t can be made with easily available  chemicals (2) I wont post what they are…  So that makes the BAN on FAST fireing Rifles a MOOT POINT  ..Next nut job will simple place the explosive in a crowded place and fire a Single shot from a distance   ..   HOW  will Hillary ban  that ?  Stupid is as Stupid does….
