Loading ...No Chromebook for me. EVERY Google app appears to have some kind of tracking. Old neighbor of mine came for a visit and she is the ultimate social media queen. Tried to get me signed up on some google social media app that she texted to me directly. Before I opened it, I looked it up…. google tracking included. I called her on it and she said, “Well of course! I want to know where my friends are! If I hear of a car accident in your area I want to know if you are all right or where you are!” Sorry…. I don’t need mother-tracking. She was miffed that I refused to load it… just for her. So later she sends me all the pictures that she took during her visit. Again… from a google app. With just a teaser of the first picture, the button says “Open in App”. Sure enough… another google app that won’t allow you to open pictures except from within a google picture app. More tracking included. I dumped the pictures package without opening.
