Loading ...Yep little if any goes to the people. I’ve talked to them. Everything they learn about western culture they use for evil against the people. With the money they get they can use to build better housing, clean water, electricity and help small businesses and farming and something they want and need Education. They’ve been promised this before but they lie. They build armies to keep the people in fear not to protect them but protect the elite from the people. Same BS Obama and other corrupt politicians were or are up to then attack and groups of people who could see through them. There is no rule of law there. The Gov will take more and more from foreign countries on the ground claiming its for the people but it never goes to the people then they tell them ran sack them physically. They can’t think past hand to mouth. They maybe even know it’s not them but their own gov. but have nothing to loose, or so they think like Zimbabwes fall after they drove out the foreigners then starved. They are sociopathic parasites and the groups of rebels that rise up against them are even worse.
PS did you see the comments on that link. One said they were duped out of their right to bear arms. We have a lot of gratitude to our WW1-11 veterans and beyond for keeping ours and should be taught to our children as it was taught to us.
