Loading ...Dept of Justice guidelines state that they cannot indict a sitting President. The constitutional authority of Mueller to compel the President to testify is not set in law. I think Trump and his team can ignore Mueller until such time as the Supreme Court rules on the case. Mueller will have to show his evidence and I do not think he has anything of merit.
