Yes there some kids in some areas esp when the crips and blood came about then media music and TV glorified it there was major problems. They became bad influences to other kids and would brag about getting expelled. They were also coming out not learning how to read, write or math.
It caused a over kill on behavior to not picking every little thing like whispering to someone or dropping a pencil.
They also went back to a dress code by middle school where girls could only wear polo type shirts.
The colors blue and red were becoming a problem. Some kids were being attacked or threatened.
Also since the 80s there was a up tick in behavior problems at the same time as a uptick in the growing number of vaccines.
The crips and bloods went away but not vaccine injurys which many aren’t even diagnosed like autism spectrum that is not full blown autism that they do not hear you at times like im a zone and or hyper or impulsive behavior. They got rid of high forceps in birth because of that but refuse to look at vaccines.
Now complicate it with other toxins and the system that says they can do what ever they want but forgot school will actually incourage it like their safe spaces that really don’t include a real threat.
