Loading ...A valid passport is now needed to legally cross the border , so busloads would not work , except to bus them to a remote border area and let them find their own way across . Most homeless have no ID , let alone an expensive passport . I have volunteered to assist some homeless to get their valid ID , to permit them to find a real job , and eventually become legitimate renters .
