Small is better, huge meat Packers dont have to mean anything

Bring back the local butcher shop,a one man operation,a cooler ,a small shop ,some sharp knives ..FRESH MEAT…!

Yes they worked very well ,custom cuts ,Italian sausage made in front of you….back to the future !
