Loading ...I am reminded that years ago there was a report that due to steel rebar shortages , bamboo was being substituted for steel reinforcement in dam construction in China .
Look for more of that if the ‘Green Economy’ is implemented in the USA . There are serious studies underway using bamboo for tensile strength in concrete pours .
