If it has a GOLD fringe your are being judged under Admiralty LAW and you have NO Constitutional rights in that Court. Dont let them tell you its just a decoration on the FLAG ,NO country allows Decoration on its FLAG .Everything on the FLAG has Meaning ..Tell the judge that you respectfully challenge the Courts jurisdiction to try you since you are a natural LAW citizen. NOT subject to Admiralty Law.If you ever receive a Subpoena to appear in Court ,check to see if it has your name spelled using all Capital letters .If it is you can claim its not you if your birth Certificate uses small caps .Mine is(small caps) Respectfully ask the judge to dismiss it because the Court lacks jurisdiction . You are appearing there as a respect to the Court ,but you reserve all your rights rights under the Constitution . Without prejudice. He should dismiss the subpoena…!
