so you better arm yourself because individuals dont have the protection of LAW .Its Governments job to abide by CONSTITUTIONAL LAW as they are sworn to do. Take it to the Supreme Court and they can decide if Constitutional LAW will prevail.  If they dont who needs them ,just defend yourself.
