Whether intentional or accidental, the Chinese are culpable in the release. And that disturbs the CCP so much that they have ramped up the propaganda arm to distract attention to anywhere but Wuhan origins. I believe the CCP propaganda is responsible for the myriad wild conspiracy theories about the virus origins.
