Take echinaecea [alcohol-free], elderberry [aka sambuca]-and astragulus–all together– 3-4 times a day when sick or starting to be sick–take 200 micro milligrams of yeast derived selenium from Solgar–once a day–take a veggie-cap B-complex 2-3 times a day–and 50 milligrams of zinc–take vit C every 2-3 hrs but if u get diarreah then cut down–but just remember
DIET IS KING……I have not taken a supplement in the past 10 yrs-and I have not had a cold or flu…but if one is eating junk–and even if one thinks they’re eating healthily [they usually aren’t because they have no clue what is mankinds traditional diet], the supplements are a good idea….
