Biden cannot overrule the 2nd Amendment where are the LEGAL Constitutional Scholars ?

These are GOD given rights not Government given,therefore Government cannot take them away  . They have no LEGAL basis for that .Where is the SUPREME COURT on this ?  They need to fight this NOW ,before they PACK the Court ! Bring the case NOW !
