Mortgage rates in the U.S. fell for a second straight week, slipping to the lowest level in more than a month. The average for a 30-year loan was 3.04%, down from 3.13% last week and the lowest since early March.
This week, yields for the benchmark 10-year Treasuries slipped as vaccinations hit a bump and investors speculated that the recent rise in inflation will be temporary.
