Comment: I remember reading that early on like the 1800s 1/2 to 1 ounce Gold per ton of rock or ore. One Oz. is 28 grams. Recent history gold production is not even 1/4 oz/ton. The story says 261 grams/ton, that 9 oz/ton? Is this possible??
