Europe is. They are a trouble maker bully country, and always drags the USA into their crap, and make us to do the dirty work. I remember after the Tea Party got in, Europe wanted us to bomb Kadafi and Obama said “Hey, we have budget restraints now, you guys are gunna have to do it, so they sent France to do it. Trump was right. Europe was always taking advantage of us. Ingrates.
