You can draw your own conclusion about whether these “police” are all from the country being shown, or are they as have been reported, UN troops that have been imported because they have no problem roughing up the local citizens and demonstrators. You’ll definitely see that there are two distinct differences in the local police uniforms and the UN(?) troops who have “POLICE” strapped to their uniforms, probably to cover the “UN” that otherwise would show.
