Re US Dollar, Place Your Bets. 1 Day Bounce Off Support, Or Off Lower Lows Down Trend Line

A short term drop since late sept, in a long term uptrend? Or a bouncing like a ball going down the stairs, and the start of a longer term down trend. Thats the bet re oil commodities etc.
