I’m glad I could help. If your not too weak try to shower or bed bath a few times to help your body get rid of the toxins. It’s doing what it needs to do but in the meantime it could cause dehydration so put the electrolytes back and if none around at least salt like crackers or just take a pinch and fluids or soup or something that won’t bother your stomach. Food that help the immune system.
