Seems corporations, large and small immediately go to the default position of blaming their customer for any problems. That’s B.S.
Ain’t that the truth…
A while back I bought 7 tickets to the Le Mans 24 hr race in June….it is the 100 th anniversary and is sold out…..they said they would be delivered nearer the event….when I got the package there were only 4 tickets…….I called them and they did apologise, but said I would have to collect the 3 missing tickets in France at the track……I said no way I will pick them up….they then said sorry u can’t, that is not allowed/part of our service/system…I demanded to talk to someone senior etc…nope not allowed and u can either collect in France, or get a refund !!!!
I have yet to receive an email confirming collection etc….. just unreal….
