What no Sauvignon Blanc, or Pinot Grigio to go with their eggs Benedict? Sauvignon tended to be my favorite although any sparkling variety may do. But then if they came from the Mideast they might not want the ham. Perhaps they can replace it with salmon which the same variety of  wine choices would still be compatible unless they can’t drink wine  or vegetarian option like asparagus tips
