Yes I know about DNA and referring to assessing the site getting evidence before they put them into bags because there may be no viable DNA to get. They didn’t handle preventing that that very well so I don’t expect them to with recovery I guess.
If they had traffic officers out there it may of helped get the people out faster.
I guess the best chance would be to have bikes that you could lift over any debris to get out of a off road bike.
I saw a picture of a women who found a live baby kitten in the debris amongst the ashes. Another story about a dog but question it because the story sounded suspicious. They were asking for donations and it wasn’t going to a Maui animal hospital or shelter.
I guess the scams have already started.
I do hope the BlackRocks of the world don’t come next. That they preserve the culture and history of Maui and their Gov puts the people of Maui first right now.
