Is this serious?    “Haircut” doesn’t seem like a word the DTC would use

It seems like a really big deal if true.   anymore info?

 

No Crypto’s for me but this might affect someone here: EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, DTC TO ASSIGN 100% HAIRCUT TO ALL CRYPTOCURRENCY INVESTMENTS
