Loading ...Thought it was interesting to note the premium paid for Osisko Mining ( by Gold Fields). Its an all cash deal that values Osisko’s shares at $3.63 per share. Granted that the stock, for the past year, has been in a pretty narrow range between @$1.80 and $2.40….
If you take the upper range, it’s about a 30-35% premium……..Food for thought…..
