I can’t see Turkey accepting this …

The United States has reportedly delivered a Serious Proposal to the Turkish Government, stating that if they transfer Operational Control over their Pair of Russian-Produced S-400 “Triumf” Surface-to-Air Missile Batteries to U.S. Forces stationed at Incirlik Air Base, certain Sanction may be Lifted and they will be Reconsidered for the F-35 Program.
