One thing Walts mentioned when they did little to nothing for these people and still aren’t yet brings up  the 7 yr old boy whose mother, only survivor, grandparents and child  had no warning to evacuate and were on the roof that collapsed in the flood. His last words were Jesus Please Help Me.
