Loading ...I could be wrong, but I would have to think that that is part of how the algorithm’s are programmed. We already know that the globalists want to control EVERYTHING! The algorithms obviously are well on the way towards the goal of complete financial control. The BRICS think that they can put a roadblock on those plans, but from what I’ve read from Martin Armstrong, the BRICS still have a lot of work to do towards creating a platform that could parallel the present SWIFT system.
