I’m trying to limit my caffeine intake and give up coffee. I started drinking a mushroom tea called gangoderma. I have a friend that tells me there’s a lot of health benefits behind it. It’s really nice and doesn’t have the jittery feeling of coffee. I also like just making tea with lemon, ginger and honey. I was sick for a few weeks over Christmas and wife suggested moggy’s flu remedy. Even garlic in it is good. it’s a nice complex flavor
