It will just get worse as the self serving entitled minded see one get away with something then they jump in. A person here told me in his town nearby that because of the drought and people on water restriction that people using less water their getting less revenues so they want to put a price increase on water. They think they can just charge what ever they want.
Then we have some crack head in southern cal who wants to charge mileage on cars.
