Loading ...Problem is the ingenious method of valuing currencies against other worthless fiat currencies. If Russia or China decided to back their currencies with gold it would be game over, but they won’t – because who in their right mind would give up the power to print unlimited fiat?
I think we’ve been snookered. Gold will never again back any currency IMHO.
