To put Linux onto yr ‘puter…download the ISO file of the Distro…then burn an ISO file DVD of the Linux version u want, then boot ur ‘puter from the DVD drive useing ur burnt DVD… u can then Partion ur Hard Drive and install the Linux version …once done it will install the Grub loader that allows u to choose Linux/MSFT on start up.
