they don’t get charged and are given travel docs that allow them to travel for free……then they all have new phones and no-one knows who gives/pays for them either…least of all the call charges, as they are not resident anywhere, so ALL calls are overseas, at top rates…..who is paying….no doubt the taxpayer eventually…..it is utter madness.
