Its a RACE to the bottom…..Industry demands cheaper labor because of competition resulting in falling wages …World wide labor rates set by the lowest cost country is NUTS …..The rates need to be comparable to major trading partners between equals or near equals with TAXes on extreme low wages producers to equalize and prevent the loss of jobs .
