Well, Farmboy, you’re looking good without the frog suit! Found some daffodils to rest in, eh? It’s still breakfast time out here in Hawaii, but I’m sure the attendant could find you some brunch for the rest of y’all. I reserved the whole car for the tent crew here.

EEOS- It’s not the power grid ‘they’ use to find us. (I’m ‘borrowing’ some power anyway right now… the electric company is due out to turn on my house today.) My friend is a “white-hat” MS-certified ‘Ethical Hacker’ for a gov’t contractor. He tells me that if a computer is on the ‘net for more than five minutes.. “I OWN it!” I get the idea they keep a registry of computers, possibly by serial numbers.
I didn’t need to find any shipping containers for this gem. I found a lava-threatened, hurricane damaged home that some flipper bought super cheap in 2013, refurbished it, and sold it cheap because the market was still flat in the area due to lava flows threatening the village of Pahoa. I’m downstream of where the lava would have flowed, so properties were still dirt cheap. That particular lava flow has stopped and hardened, and I’m taking the bet that it will not come that way again in my lifetime. But people are still freaked out in the area, and I get the idea that the flippers I bought from just wanted to escape with their capital investment. I got it for less than their listing price. The RE agent tells me there are still ‘no offers’ on the super cheap homes in the area.
“Buy when there is blood (or lava) in the streets!”
