Loading ...In Calif we have rolling blackouts at least once a year lately. We just had one last week that took out more than half the city. Cell phone chargers are getting more popular as a lot of people esp the younger crowd don’t even have land lines anymore. Too long and hard on those who are on respirators that have battery back ups that sometimes fail will have a problem. Good way to knock off a bunch of people esp in a heat wave although most are already acclimated. Another reason all digital currency would fail.
