Once years ago with this same satellite company, I had no service for two full weeks. Couldn’t get anything. They said it was my problem so I began replacing different transmit and receiver parts, traveling almost 200 miles to get each part but nothing helped. One of their reps finally came out and said all my equipment was working fine, it was a segment on their satellite that was not providing service to about 20 customers. So he reported it to them and suddenly after two weeks it all started working again. When I requested a refund for down time and reimbursement for all my expense ……I didn’t even get an answer from them nor anything off my monthly bill. Arrogant assholes that will not admit any responsibility, and not worth my being upset, filing suit, or continuing down that negative path. So I have two choices in this remote location. Them ……or…….nothing.
