Shawn had filed a lawsuit against the DNC and Debbie Wasserman on July 3rd and thier alleged misdoings against the Sanders campaign. This was even before the Wilileaks release of the emails that brought about the immediate resignation/firing of Wasserman at the DNC Convention.
