She is NOT the secretary anymore… John Kerry is. She does not get to take the title ‘secretary’ with her. There is only ONE ‘secretary’… the active one.
Just another linguistic trick to boost the Clinton image. She should properly be addressed as ‘Mrs. Clinton’ and nothing more.
